The 412 Wax Bar (previously known as LK Skin & Wax) was started in October of 2019 by Lexi. In 2021, she relocated her space to a stand-alone building in Wexford.

When she moved, she added Ashley, who she met in esthetics school in 2018. They worked together at a local waxing chain before Lexi broke off and opened her solo business.
